I did think of creating a top for you but there is simply too many shapes and sizes to contend with and this way you will be able to make something special that really suits you.
Consider using vest tops or maternity tummy bands - they work exceptionally well and it's super easy to do! It's best to choose something with minimum elasticity for a better print outcome but I am sure your printer can advise.
